By Aaltje it is possible to come and dine with a (large) group. Both lunch, dinner, and drinks. You can choose a set menu or a walking dinner. Of course, we will consider your other wishes.

The story behind our restaurant
Aaltje was in 1803 the very first kitchen maid from Amsterdam to come up with the idea of compiling her recipes. This was the birth of the first cookbook of the Netherlands, extremely handy for other kitchen maids. Aaltje's cookbook is often seen as a symbol of the new direction that Dutch cuisine gradually began to take.
